As the CFO, Abdul is responsible for ensuring that the management team makes well-informed decisions that prioritize financial sustainability and growth.

During his tenure at Samba, Razvi played a key role in achieving impressive financial results, even in the face of challenging global economic conditions. He was recognised for his effective management and strategic decision-making skills. After leaving Samba, Razvi joined R.J. Fleming & Co. as a Senior Managing Director. Currently, he serves as a Board Advisor at Codebase Technologies.

With over 50 years of experience in starting, developing, and managing successful business ventures, Mumtaz joined the family business in 1976. He diversified the company across various industries and geographies, leading the development of The Baron hotels in Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as the development and successful exits of various group businesses. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Mumtaz served as the President of the Pakistan Business Council in Dubai.
