In view of the lack of proper maintenance services for homeowners in Dubai, a license for general maintenance was acquired and a company was established to offer services to home and building owners. Dreshak Group then established the first home maintenance company in the private sector under the brand name of HITCHES & GLITCHES in (2005) which was offering its services on an annual based service contract whereby homeowners can call upon for services 24 hours a day throughout the year. The company started its operations with one van and five technicians which grew to a fleet of over 50 vehicles with strength of 100 plus staff, which was later acquired by the Farnek Group.
